Return & Exchange Conditions:

You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return/ Exchange,

1. If the received item is faulty/defective.

2. Product doesn’t meet the mentioned specification or quality.

3. Product must be unused & in the same condition.

4. Product must be in the original packaging.

5. Accepted Reasons for Return/Exchange.

In the case of Exchange

1. Exchange request in the given time frame

2. Return the purchased product to our mentioned address on the invoice.

3. After receiving, inspection & approval for exchange.

4. Select an article in exchange you like to buy.

You need to pay the amount difference on exchanged product delivery.

Incywincy.pk will not pay the balance amount in the case of the exchange of a product.

In the case of Return.

1. You need to return the product to the mentioned address on the invoice.

2. You need to bear the expense of the returned shipment.

3. After receiving, inspection & approval for return.

4. Incywincy will proceed with your payment.

5. Full payment will be returned to the customer.

6. Payment process time is 7-10 days.
